At Darkside Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl, sleeves, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5 business days.
