How do you pack your vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Opened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes can only be returned if they have a verifiable manufacturing defect. We offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery for such returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do you grade the condition of used records?
We utilize the Goldmine Standard for all used inventory. Each record is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure the grading accurately reflects the audio quality and physical condition.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, the standard return policy applies.
